I have the same tractor with backhoe and front loader. Haven't found too many like it. The wiring on the front of the injector pump is for a selenoid valve to allow fuel flow / shut off. You should hear it open when the switch is turned on. (Clicking sound) The old thing is hard to start though even on a good day you had better have plenty of battery. Good luck!
