1964 cub trany wine

I recently rebuilt the trany in my '64 cub. Because of excessive gear wear from clutch problems over the years I had to replace 6 of the 7 gears inside, now I have a loud wine in reverse and second, before the rebuild it had a wine in first and third. The wine is so loud you can bearly hear the tractor running. Should I be concerned or is this just due to the fact that the gears are new and have not hade enough hours on them to wear them in. Also replaced all bearings throughout the trany & differential. P.S. Gear lube is 80-90 Any suggestions would be appreciated. Walter in lower Michigan
