Marty: Take a look at the advise given me by ScottyNY. It is posted about a dozen postings ahead of this. Your problem is slightly different than mine. I think the same advise will apply. I have also in the past had some sucess with your type problem doing minor adjustment on linkage between governor and carb. Cant tell you which way just play with it a little. Hugh
