If you live in the eastern United States and not too far from eastern Canada, the origin of this tractor is that it probably came from Ontario, or Quebec. The 276 was an updated B275 with 434 hood styling. It was sold in eastern Canada in the 1968 to 1970 period and was primarily sold on price sensitive government contracts for highway and parks mowing, etc. The tractor was made in the same Bradford, England plant where the B414, 354, 364, and 384 were made. Other than the hood parts most of the 354 parts are the same. The hydraulics are the same mechanical draft control setup as the old B275. Most of the transmission parts are the same as the skid built American 424, and 444 also.
