You can just hook the hose from one port of the lift all through a tee to both cylinders. However, be aware that when you release the lift all rod (all the way forward), the hitch is going to fall all the way down. Then you will have to pick it back up to the work height you want. Things will work better if you install a spool valve so you can have two way control. This will give you down pressure as well as precise control of the hitch height. If you do that you will need a spool valve and a bunch more hoses. What you will do is mount the spool valve at a convenient location so you can operate it. The run a hose from the lift all port to the inlet port of the spool valve. Run a hose from the spool valve return to the fill port of the lift all. You'll probably have to install a tee on the fill port for that. Then run a hose from each of the two spool valve outlet ports to two different tees. Then two hoses from one tee to to the bottom cylinder ports and two hoses from the other tee to the top cylinder ports. To operate it then you lock the lift all in the lift postion so that fluid circulates through the spool valve all the time that the lift all pump is running. This is really no different than normal operation of the lift all, since pressure is only generated with this set up when you work the spool valve.
