Value of McCormack Farmall 460?

I promised aging relatives that I'd try to sell this tractor for them at a fair price. That's where I need your help.
They'd used it alot until several years ago. It's been in a shed in Stillwater Co. Montana since then. It is a 460 wide-front, gas engine tractor that still runs o.k. Good tires (rear like new), like new hydraulic lines and an F11 Farmhand installed. Hyraulic pump attached to PTO and there is no 3-point. Some gauges don't work, seat needs recovering, and the steering wheel should be replaced. Thanks for any thoughts!
