wiring on super c

i have recently begun to work on a super c. i have worked through many of the usual problems: carb,fan assymbly, brakes, and clutch. i am in the home stretch and need assistance with the wiring. the tractor came to me with an ac delco altenator with voltage regulator and most of the wires burnt off. i have installed a gm internal regulator altenator and am not sure how to wire and the thing and the rest of the wires are in such bad shape i would be best to rewire the whole thing. need diagrahm and or schematic and directions for 12 volt gm altenator hook up please help
