The tractor was probably a dual fuel originally. That small tank was for gasoline, the big one was originally for distillate or kerosene. Started on gas, then switched over to the other fuel. Carter & Gruenwald is a great supplier, but look for nearby Case-IH dealers, they still stock a lot of parts. Try Steel Wheel Ranch for drawbar and adjustable hitch. You can find these guys doing a search on Lycos or Google or other search engine. Look in your local phone book for salvage yards (probably under "Tractor Repairs" or Tractor Parts and SUpplies". Click on "Suppliers" at the upper left of the screen, there are some good sources there, too, including Yesterday's Tractors. The two valves on the oils are the dipstick. When the oil is too low to come out the bottom valve you close it and then fill the oil till oil drips out the top,
