340 hydrulic questions

I have a 3pt. back blade on my 340. When I lower the blade to plow snow or dirt it'll just come up by itself. If lower it and not move it'll stay at the level I put it at, but when I start plowing you turn around and it's up in the air not plowing anything. It's frustrating because you can't plow anything with the stupid blade always going up. Any ideas on how to fix the problem?
