I have not owned one, but there are no horror stories on them. Similar to a 460U with Hydrostatic Power Steering. (better) I would think that if the engine is not stuck, and the tires are Usable, that 1000 to 1200 would be max. You could consider a deal in which you purchase it with conditions that reduce the price if major issues appear after it is attempted to be operated. If tires are bad no more than 600 for starters.
