Presuming your 300 is in better shape than the Super M, I'd sell the 300 outright and use a portion of the proceeds to purchase the SM. Then use the $ left over to put the SM into shape. Around here, utility tractors typically sell for much higher prices than row crops. Seems the yuppies are partial to the utilities for mowing their 5 acre country spreads, etc. And I think utilities simply look "cute" and less intimidating to city folk who have never seen nor run a row crop before. In this area a beatup 9N Ford will run $2,500 minimum - an IHC 300 will get even more. Meanwhile an equally beatup but fulling functioning SH or SM can be had for around $1,000.
