I-H plow identity

I have a 3 furrow pull type tripbeam I-H plow which has a hydraulic lift cylinder that raises plow and also the the rubber tail wheel,this plow looks simalar to 3 pth I-H 3 furrow tripbeam plow I also have which has 36 INCH MOLDBOARD stenciled on the main frame. Anybody know the model of this pull type or have any manuals on it. thanks RAY
