Just shooting in the dark here but do you have a Mag or batt ignition? Mag sparks seem weak compaired to a distributer spark, if you have a magneto perhaps it is weak and not producing enough power to fire a plug. The mag on my A produces a very weak looking spark at the plug but runs fine. The first time I saw the spark I thought I had a problem since I was used to the snap of a batt ign.
