letters in serial number of 560D

I find the year of our 560D (I guess it doesn't matter if is diesel or gas, huh?) serial 20945 as a 1959 in the list on this forum but where do you find the meaning of the letters? After the number it has (a tiangle)^ -S-Y and down below it has D-H-C. Would appreciate a lead, thanks. Ron
