I think the price is fair, but you can always try to deal on it. I would suggest if possible, pull out the spark plugs and look for a lot of rust deposits could mean some water leaking into the cylinders. I have seen an exhaust pipe covered up and still have some water in the cylinders. Sometimes the are not covered originally. Another thing to do is check the oil, loosen up the drain plug If water runs out or antifreeze, there may be an internal leak. a little water will not bother much because it is probably just some condensation.. A little extra time spent before you buy will save any regrets later. I have been there. Sometimes a person selling a tractor will be happy to find out more themselves.
