Alvin- Thanks for the kind thought, but I've been thru and recovered from that wife business. No thanks, I learned my lesson. Perchance if you know a single gal that's up on repairing a Farmall 450, is willing to teach an old klutz like me, has some gas money to go cruising in my Love Bus, and wants some fun, travel, and adventure, then please make an introduction. We could do a get acquainted drive to some tractor salvage yards. I ponder that little tube, looks like same stuff as the oil pressure tube, and that the number of hole sizes inside is rather small. I wouldn't have been so agressive with the spray cleaner if I could have seen thru the tube. It appeared to be clogged up and the copper tube ID was smaller than the little tube on the carb cleaner can. A moment of truth in this will come next week. If the part comes thru, wonderful. If not, then I move to a "cut and try" type effort. IHank
