There's only 3-4 companies left in the US that can roll rims that big in dia. UNVERFURTH buys most of their rims from TITAN Wheel which has a plant in DAVENPORT IA. Used to be called French & Hecht, div. of Kelsey-Hayes. There's also another plant in Quincy, IL that used to be the Electric Wheel Co. of Firestone Tire & Rubber. Titan was from Canada. Steiger also could roll rims and Motor Wheel in Mendota, IL but I think they closed that plant. TITAN in Davenport may be closed too, F&H had a newer plant in Eldridge, IA where they made all the small rims & wheels and They may have moved everything out there. The Double Bevel rims won't fit on the Letter series. And I sure wouldn't pay $300 a tire for a GoodYear! You should be able to get a pair of GREAT Firestone All Traction Field & Road 12.4X38 4-ply installed for about $400 for the pair!
