I need help to identify this crawler

I have found an international crawler with a five way clam shell bucket.It has a six cylinder turbo diesel engine.The plate on the side says that it is a 9K3.The serial # is B11950.I contacted international industrial and they say they have never heard of one. It is clearly stamped International on the fuel tank and the plate is legible.Has anyone ever heard of one of these and can you tell me anything about it? Thanks
