I have a New Holland 451 mower. I was going to try putting it on my Farmall C, but decided to use my more modern Kubota. I though the 451 was a bit heavy for the C to carry. I think maybe the 451 will be pretty heavy for the 140, but it will prboably do it. I guess the frame would be in the way of the offset PTO, and can't really think of way to get around that. As narrow as the 140 is, maybe you could push the 3 pt lift arms to the left enough to get it to hook up ok.
