you haven't changed anything since the tractor last ran? if not then verify that you've got spark by putting a piece of copper wire in one of the plug holes and turning it toward the engine block, but away from it about 1/8 in. i use a piece of wire like you would find in a piece of romax or house wire like in the walls, 12 guage wire skinned back a half in. on one end, then turned back and pressed in the plug tower, the other end turned toward the block for the spark to jump across the 1/8 in gap. i use the stiff wire so i don't have to hold it when it aparks. when i crank the engine over i look for the spark to occur every fourth snap of the impulse in the magneto. no spark? then i try to get the tip of the stiff wire as close as possible and try again. still no spark, then i open up the magneto to inspect the points to see if they are opening. (here you should go over to the allis chalmers board to ask for help because the allis tractors almost exclusively use the fairbanks morse magnetos). if you've got spark, and it's good fat white at 1/4 in. then check for fuel, take out one of the spark plugs to see if its wet, no then see if you can see the obvious. open the drain plug on the carb and drain it into a small clean coffee can and notice if it flows non stop for a min. look down in the can to see if there is water in the gas. if it's been in there long then the water will be rust colored, this is bad because the carb. is cast iron and the rust will clog the jets. turn the gas drain plug off after a min. if it's clean then pour it back in the tank. if you have fuel and spark then you will get fire, mabey back fire, in which case you will need to check the firing order. hope i've helped.
