Super C fluids

What type of hydralic oil? what type of transmission oil or grease? Is the transmission fluid level checked by removing the small plug on the right side just behind and above the axle? I guess I won't be asking all these question when my manual get in but I will most lilky have asked all the questions. Also , what is the proper spark plug, the ones in there were 7/8" Champion UD-16 and D-16. What is the proper gap setting.
