I recently had my 300 row crop apart, this was the only way I could get it to go together. Unbolt the clutch pressure plate and disk from the flywheel. Put them on the shaft in the clutch housing first. Remove the plate on the bottom of the clutch housing so you have access to the drive shaft. As you are put the two halves of the tractor together you should be able to wiggle the drive shaft enough to line it up with the pilot bearing on the flywheel- use a little grease in the end of the shaft to make things easier(don't use too much or it will get into your new clutch and cause it to slip!) Also, use the alignment dowels as you put it together- that helps alot! You'll have to bolt the pressure plate to the flywheel using the bottom access hole in the clutch housing. You can also use the starter hole to acess the bolts on the flywheel. Good luck.
