Anyone From Granville NY area ?

Was wondering if anyone on the forum is from the Granville, NY area. I have been looking at some property in the area and am thinking about purchasing 25 acres on rte 149. Beautiful farm
country, I know its off the subject, but 25 acres
in NY is a whole bunch of property to someone that lives on 1 1/2 acres in CT. Thanks for any response.
