I suppose the "International Harvester Tractor Data Book" by Guy Fay is probably the commonly recognized standard and will be of some help to you but be prepared for lots of "na" listings after specs for most tractors. Especially for any information that you really need. Most of the basics are covered but I have been shocked and disgusted by the voids in research and information it contains time and time again. Even for items that are pretty much standard or easily obtained information from other sources. If you deal with a lot of tractors or have alot of questions spanning the entire IH line or want to do some comparisons it will probably be worth it to you to get it, but a word to the wise would be that there might not be whole lot in there that you don't know allready if you have been at this awhile.
