C-123 - front crankshaft pulley install

I've got a Farmall 100 that I'm trying to bring back to life. I've gotten things apart, cleaned up, parts collected and I'm about to start putting it back together. The front crank pulley took alot of heat and a large puller to remove. I was just wondering if there is a trick to reassembly. I assume that I clean the pulley well and draw on with a bolt in the threaded end of the crankshaft. You probaly should try to this without heat to avoid damage to the new front seal. Am I on the right track? Are there any other tricks I should know to aid assembly of this engine? Thanks for your help.
