Rear Lift Arms on Super A - Picture Please ?

Would any of you guys have a closeup of the two
lift arms on the rear of a Super A ? For some
reason my arms are skewed. The arm that attaches
to the long rod from the rockshaft is higher than
the opposite arm. Was wondering what the proper
hookup looks like. Thanks for any help.
