these are thin sleeves that come in various sizes are few thous thick come with an installer to press over the end of a shaft to get a good bng journal for a seal work for me lots of guys here in IOWA have used them best job i have found for them is for the shafts on those SC hy pumps as the seal needs a very good place to seal the hy fluid from going to the crankase also for the front damper pulleys on the crank for the seal to seat get them here from BIG-A auto parts not hard to install just be careful use some oil and common sense as they are somewhat fragile but seem to hold up very well glad to help anytime
