My question would be: what is the average and peak load demand? You would not want to run a 25KW generator at full load 24hrs/day 7days/week either unless it is made for it and most are not. Most generators are intended for about a 70 or 80 % duty cycle with occasional peaks at full load. I assume you need this generator for emergency/power outage use? I would hook it up and try it out on the 300. Check the voltage at the pump when it runs and if it doesn't go down more than a few percent when running off the generator, you should be OK.
