Factory Forklift on a special Super W4 unit

This a factory rig. This Super W4 is set up special from the IH factory for reverse operation with a special IH vertical fuel tank, a special IH hood to accommodate it, and special IH control linkages/gears for the steering, brakes, clutch, etc. The forklift portion is made by TracTo. Who else has seen one???
