Hi all. I usually just posy on the N board, but a recent find has brought me here again. As we were driving to church tonight, I noticed an old tractor sitting behind one of the church member's homes. It had steel wheels on the rear, and the front end was hidden by some brush. It resembled an F-12 or Farmall Regular. At church, I asked about it. He said that it's a McCormick Deering Farmall, possibly a 1929, and that was all he knew. It was now owned my his deceased brother's 5 daughters. He also said any time I felt like it to come over and look at it, see what I could find out. I would like to pinpoint the model and year. How do I distinguish the model, with no decals or paint left on the machine? Where would the serial number be located? I intend to go look at it sometime this week, and I'll bring back pictures. Thanks,
68 Mag
