Doug, If all is lined up as you say, then it almost certainly is ICE. does it sit outside? mine does and the water runs right down the shifter and condensate also and it FREEZES it will start and run fine WITH the clutch IN, let it out, poof' stalls. Last year I replaced the clutch/ta and some gears/bearings and I replaced the SEVEN GALLIONS of WATER in the trans/rear with hy tran. Funny how that problem is gone now. (it holds bout'15 gal)HYTRAN , I would sugest heating her up real good with Reddy heater and a FIREPROOF cover arrangement and get in a shop of sort and up to room temp for a day and drain and replace lube Luck, George in mis she ginn
