I'm in the middle of overhauling an "H". I got a TISCO overhaul kit. I was very satisfied with parts quality. I should mention though i'm in town and the tractor will not be used for pulling or heavy work. I used the 3 7/16" overbore sleeves but the standard flat top pistons. I had .005" milled off head and gasket surface on block was in good shape. I haven't heard much about firecrater or step head pistons so I can't answer that question. As for valve clearance problems I again don't know the answer either. Good Luck!
