I FEEL LUCKY TODAY!!!

I got the C home and what do you know--antifreeze in the oil and little oil in radiator and the pistions were full of water. BUT....

I tore it down in 2 hours or so and got the pistions to come out!! #1 and 4 came out, #2 and 3 came with the sleeves. So I took them out and turned the sleeves upside down on top of the block and hammered with wood between on the bottom of the piston arm and they slid right out!! I couldnt believe it!

I havent got the casting numbers but I think it's a C because of NO water pump and old band brakes.

So could the block be salavagable? Will I have to find another block??
