When you get the head off check it for flatness. These engines are notorious for having warped heads. If the head needs resurfacing, get it done at a machine shop. A warped head could be the cause of both poor compression and antifreeze in the oil. Also check the block and O ring grooves for the sleeves when you have it apart. Broken O rings could also be the cause of antifreeze in the oil. These engines are really simple. I tore down a Super C engine and rebuilt it when I was only sixteen (in 1963).
