Foiled again!!!!!!!

I ordered new rear rims for my Super-H- and they came without the locking bars on the rims. The rims are very good (unverfurth) brand , but without the locking bar the rim could slip on the wheel if the clamps are loose. I paid $200 dollars per rim, plus shipping cost, and do not want to have to weld some bars on new rims. Any ideas from folks who understand what I am trying to explain, would be a great help.--THANKS--Dan
