Narrow front vs. Tricycle front

My question is really about 4 questions and a story, but here goes. My Dad and I got My grandpa's Super C about a year ago. We went back last weekend for the remaining C. Both tractors have the single front wheel. In the corner of the shed was the narrow front (two tilted wheels) from one of the tractors. Here come the questions, Would it fit both the SC and C (not sure which one it came off of)? What's the dis/advantages in one over the other (type of farming-collectablity-etc)? What should I ask for them (in East Texas) when I decide which one I will not keep? I think shipping will be quite a bit. Thanks for all of your wisdom. -- Martin
