IH 140 wheel colors

I am currently repainting a 1970 model IH 140. I know that the rear outer rim is silver and the inner disk and weight needs to be red. My question is what about the front rims, they are currently solid red, is the correct for this model?

Also there was a little sticker at the top center of the instrument panel that said "McCormick". This sticker did not come in the decal set. Does this sticer belong here or not?
