I wouldn't expect a wheatland to have 3-point or fast-hitch, but it more than likely would have PTO. The 300U was offered with either no PTO, a transmission driven PTO or an independent PTO as options. Also available with or without T/A, and with or without power steering. Also available with or without hydraulics, or with the distributor driven hydraulic pump or an auxiliary hydraulic pump driven off the front of the crank. Loader was available, mine came with one. In addition, the fast hitch option could have a one or two piece rockshaft or with traction control. Either rockshaft is the place to hook up the top link of your 3 point. Steering seems to be the weak point. Once I got into tearing down my P/S unit it turned out to not be a 300U P/S unit, but I don't know what it came off, which makes it tough to buy parts for. In all I really like my 300U, plenty gutsy enough for anything I might need a tractor for.
