It would be in your best interest to rebuild if one liner is loose then it needs to be bored and sleaved and rebored to the correct spec. if not the it will pull that liner and you will be doing it all over. I know that some will say that a hand fit is ok but after a short time it will suck the liner down because it will break the top flange off and down it goes. Been there done that .
