As suggested, check the clutch mechanism first. There is an inspection plate on the top of the torque tube behind the bellhousing for the main clutch. Take that off and see what happens in there when you move the TA lever, you should see the clutch release and engage. If everything works OK in there then you need a rebuilt TA unit. I would install a rebuilt sprag type unit as the ramp and roller type can go bad again very quickly sometimes. Steelwheelranch.com has the unit for $395 exchange. Steven
