Procedure may be off some on timing. Loosen mag, push up against engine. Crank with finger in #1 spark plug, when compression pushes finger out of hole, continue cranking until your timing mark lines up. Pull mag towards you until the impulse deal clicks. Now its timed. Make sure rotor is pointed to #1 wire on distributer. When you had mag off to replace the points and condensor, it's possible to replace 180 degrees from correct position. Recheck by cranking it around to #1 compression stroke, when you hear it click, your timing mark should line up. Recheck your wires on distributer, it's easy to get them in the wrong rotation. Tighten the nut a little on the 45 degree main jet on carb, this will tighten up the packing a little.
