I-4 Belt Pulley

Is the belt pulley on an H the same as my I-4?I dont mean just the pulley, Imean the whole assembly.I was told my I-4 orignally had one on it,but was removed for some strange reason that I dont recall.Also,is there any way I could put hydrolics on this tractor without too much difficulty?Thank guys!
