30 wt oil in the engine. You might want to use 10w-30 in the winter if you are in a cold climate. A good year around compromise is 15W-40. Use detergent oil unless you think the previous owner used non-detergent. 90W or 80W-90 in rear end and transmission. Plugs? Don't have an opinion, but have heard that Champion D-21 or equivalent are best.
