You should use 30 wt. non detergent motor oil in the liftall pump (Belly hydraulic pump) that is if you have one, most H's had them even tho it was an option. Don't use tractor Hydraulic oil as it is too thin for the hydraulic systems on the H. Don't be affraid to ask questions on here, there are an awful lot of very knowledgeable people here, they have helped me thru a bunch of problems. If you haven't already ordered one, I'd get the I&T service manual that covers the H and a whole bunch of other farmall tractors along with the owners manual and the blue ribbon service training manual. They all have good information You'll need if your going to do any work on the tractor.
