I made my own sleeve puller for my H engine but it took a few hours to get it to fit right. You might be able to rent one from your local Case / IH dealer.
For the head you can check with J P Tractor Salvage in Fredricktown, MO. 573-783-7055. They have always treated me right. They specialize in older IH tractors.
Just as a thought you can build more horse power out of a M if you use a 450 gas head or even more if you use a 450 LP head. Since you need to replace the head anyway!
There are places around that can repair your old head if you wanted to go that way.
