What in the wourld is a D361 doing in a 706 that's what comes in and 806 and if it is a 361 then it is wore out and they never did come with glow plugs . A 361 will start below 0 degrees if it is half decent with out either ,Mine has been setting since we finished picken corn and it would start tonight with out any help and it is far from being in super shape , the mechanic's stuff is always worse then his custermers and if i did fix it like the last one that i have had some nut case would just end up buying it.
