H-radiator bolts

I need to pull the radiator on my H,and can't
get the two nuts off that bolt it to the frame
underneath.I have been soaking them with
pb-blaster,but I don't want to put to much
pressure on them,I'm not sure how they are
attached to bottom of the radiator.I was thinking
about trying to heat them with the torch,but
I'm afraid of damaging the radiator?
