I agree. The loader on my 300U runs just fine as long as engine RPMs are up. Don't know what RPM it seems to slow down, as my tach is busted. Mine is single-acting, but there is no vent required. The cylinder is actually a ram, with the piston rod acting as the piston. If you have the I&T manual, it has a good section on troubleshooting the hydraulics.
