I wouldn't run it that way, my 504 diesel sucked a sleeve into the crankcase this spring and I suspect that would happen to your engine if you left it be. Surely you can buy just one sleeve, I would sure do that if at all possible, would hate to see you have that chipped sleeve wind up in your crankcase!!!!!
