Steven: I have a gun type nozzel for air hose. It has a syphon type 1/4 inch pickup hose you can put in a jug of cleaning solution. I bought it decades ago at an auto parts store for under $20. Probably cost a hundred today. I find it very effective for the type cleaning your doing, as long as you can achive a flow through action. I did same on 300, tractor was split ahead pedals. I pulled up on front so material flowed out the pto hole at back. Cheese cloth also does a good job picking up metal grindings. I have seen ployester quilt batting my wife has, I think would work well, never dared to take any of it. Oh well someday the need will be great enough. Hugh
